<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">&#8220;Ouch!&#8221; you say? What&#8217;s wrong with this picture? How did this man move me&#32&#102&#114om<s></s> &#8220;completely satisfied customer&#8221; to &#8220;irritated victim?&#8221;</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">One of the products this man provides is a daily motivatio&#110&#32&#115ite which uses a scheduled au<input id="apps" type="hidden" />toresponder to send s&#117&#98&#115cribers a daily motivational message. This message&#44&#32&#119ith<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> copyright information included, can then be us&#101&#100&#32to keep your name in front of <input type="hidden" />all of your social n&#101&#116&#119orking &#8220;friends.&#8221; The motivational messages are free, and may be freely republ&#105&#115&#104ed, <input id="tracker" type="hidden" />so long as you include the copyright data.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">I use them ev&#101&#114&#121 day on MySpace, where I have m<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ore than 4,000 frie&#110&#100&#115. I know &#8211; because many of them tell me &#8211; that everyone enjoys reading these i&#110&#115&#112irati<input id="stats" type="hidden" />onal messages. In fact, many of my MySpace fr&#105&#101&#110ds pass these messages on to the<input id="apps" type="hidden" />ir friends, where&#32&#116&#104ey act as a viral marketing tool for their author.</p>&#10<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">That&#8217;s neat, and I&#8217;m grateful to have&#32&#116&#104is ser<input id="counter" type="hidden" />vice. I get free value, he builds a viral ma&#114&#107&#101t.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">Alas, once you&#8217;ve subscribed to these &#8220;daily motivations,&#8221; you become a target fo<s></s>r seemingly endle&#115&#115&#32sales pitches for this or that training course. Ho&#119&#32&#101ndless?<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> On one memorable day, I received more than&#32&#115&#105x of this man&#8217;s pitches! As if that weren&#8217;t annoying enough, I<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> also get the sa&#109&#101&#32messages from the scheduled autoresponder he uses &#116&#111&#32maintain<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> contact with his paying clients.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">So, Instead of SIX&#32&#115&#97les pitches that memorable day, I g<s></s>ot THIRTEEN! Pe&#114&#104&#97ps you begin to understand why this man is unlike&#108&#121&#32to get a<input type="hidden" />nother penny out of me. He abuses the tru&#115&#116&#32his subscribers place in him and ov<input type="hidden" />erloads them w&#105&#116&#104 spam. I am not going to reward his poor judgment &#98&#121&#32giving him<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> more money, and neither should you.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">I bought my o&#114&#105&#103inal course in February of 2008, so I<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> have been re&#99&#101&#105ving this man&#8217;s marketing barrage for more than a year. During t&#104&#97&#116 time, I ha<input id="stats" type="hidden" />ve made some interesting observations. &#72&#101&#32does long run-ups to promote his train<s></s>ing programs&#8230; I hear about&#32&#116&#104em for a month or more before the actual date arri&#118&#101&#115. He always <input id="counter" type="hidden" />includes testimonials, which is good m&#97&#114&#107eting practice, but I rarely find them <input id="counter" type="hidden" />convincing.&#32&#84&#104ey seem just a bit too self-serving to me, and the&#32&#105&#114ritation I fe<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />el at receiving one or two pitches fr&#111&#109&#32the man every day diminish the credibili<s></s>ty of his &#109&#101&#115sage.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">He also &#8211; always &#8211; warns that the class is about to sell out, then, at the last mo&#109&#101&#110t, he describe<input id="apps" type="hidden" />s some sort of &#8220;mistake&#8221; that forces him to offer &#8220;just one or two more seats&#8221; to &#8211; you guessed it &#8211; the same weary tar&#103&#101&#116s.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">&#8220;My server crashed during the final moments of sign ups,&#8221; or &#8220;My son made a mistake and ma<input id="counter" type="hidden" />y have de&#108&#101&#116ed some of our late sign ups,&#8221; or &#8220;Our credit card processor&#8217;s software failed at a critical&#32&#112&#111int, and your o<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />rders may have been lost.&#8221; You get the idea&#8230; Every single ad ca&#109&#112&#97ign for every single course includes one o<s></s>f these &#8220;disasters&#8221; that &#8220;force&#8221; him to re-open registration, &#8220;just in case we&#32&#109&#105ssed your order.&#8221;</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">I subscribe to a good many mailing lists. Most of them a&#114&#101&#32quite valuable, <input type="hidden" />and none of them, with the singula&#114&#32&#101xception of &#8220;the Master of Internet Prospecting,&#8221; abuse the privilege I<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> have g&#114&#97&#110ted of being welcome to access my Inbox whenever t&#104&#101&#121 wish, and that l<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />eads us to the point of this exer&#99&#105&#115e.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">Every single one of them provides me with valuable <input id="stats" type="hidden" />free i&#110&#102&#111rmation, and every single one of them wants to sel&#108&#32&#109e something. I kno<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />w that, and they know I know, an&#100&#32&#105t works. It works because everyone wins.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">I&#8217;m a big fan of Mike Dillard&#8217;s &#8220;Magnetic Sponsoring,&#8221; and those of you who hav&#101&#32&#114ead Mike&#8217;s powerful book already understand why I axed &#8220;the Master of Inte<input id="counter" type="hidden" />rnet&#32&#80&#114ospecting&#8221; from my reading list, while I continue to read Kern, &#67&#108&#97yton, Mike Dillard <input id="apps" type="hidden" />and the others.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">Mike Dillard is represen&#116&#97&#116ive of them all. He does not contact me on a da<input id="counter" type="hidden" />ily&#32&#98&#97sis. When he does, he gives me valuable free advic&#101&#32&#108ong before he adds a <input id="tracker" type="hidden" />sales message. That advice is&#32&#115&#111 valuable that I recommend Mike&#8217;s newsletters to anyone, wheth<input id="counter" type="hidden" />er&#32&#116&#104ey ever intend to buy his products or not. Frank K&#101&#114&#110 and the others are th<input id="stats" type="hidden" />e same. They offer real valu&#101&#44&#32and they treat their readers with respect. In ret<input id="stats" type="hidden" />u&#114&#110&#44 they generate sales, over and over again.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">The guys who &#8220;get it&#8221; provide me with value w&#104&#101&#116her I buy from them or <input id="tracker" type="hidden" />not (I often do&#8230; that&#8217;s a clue!) They help me improve m&#121&#32&#109arketing skills, obtain better Page Rankings on Go<s></s>&#111&#103&#108e, and maximize my income. They never, ever, insul&#116&#32&#109y intelligence, and they<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> never, ever, flood my Inb&#111&#120&#32with garbage. When they ask me for my money, I oft&#101<input type="hidden" />&#110&#32give it to them, and when I don&#8217;t, it isn&#8217;t because they&#8217;re annoying me, it&#8217;s because my monthly budget ha&#115&#32&#98een exhausted.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;">They never seem to s<input id="apps" type="hidden" />uffer those nagging probl&#101&#109&#115 &#8220;the Master of Internet Prospecting&#8221; seems to encounter on a regular basis.</p>

<div>I had been working for about six years as t&#104&#101&#32IT g<s></s>uy at The Rich Dad  Company for Robert and Kim&#32&#75&#105yosaki.</div>

<div>That’s right. I know what you <input id="stats" type="hidden" />are saying because &#73&#32&#103et it all the time,  “That must have been awesom&#101&#33&#32What <input type="hidden" />an experience!</div>
<div>Well, you would be right. It w&#97&#115&#32awesome and it was one of the mo<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />st  educational an&#100&#32&#101xciting periods of my professional life.</div>
<div>I learned&#32&#109&#111re wor<input type="hidden" />king for Robert about business and investing&#44&#32&#116han I did  in my Bachelors AND Ma<input id="counter" type="hidden" />sters degree prog&#114&#97&#109s combined!</div>
<div>And those were Business degrees!</div>
<div>Needl&#101&#115&#115 to say<input id="counter" type="hidden" />, when it comes to money, real business,  e&#110&#116&#114epreneurship and investing, you do<input id="counter" type="hidden" />n’t learn jack&#32&#105&#110 school. And I found that  out when I came to work&#32&#102&#111r Robert<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> and Kim.</div>
<div>Actually, the way I landed the j&#111&#98&#32was an accident. I had never heard <input id="counter" type="hidden" /> of Rich Dad Po&#111&#114&#32Dad or Robert Kiyosaki and had no idea what this b&#117&#115&#105ness was <input type="hidden" /> about. Well that changed quickly.</div>
<div>From t&#104&#101&#32first day, it was clear that this wa<input id="apps" type="hidden" />s a different &#107&#105&#110d of  company. In fact, one of Robert and Kim’s &#103&#111&#97ls is that<s></s> everyone working for  them will eventua&#108&#108&#121 leave and start their own business a<input type="hidden" />nd put their &#101&#100&#117cation  to work.</div>
<div>Well, that is where this idea of &#226&#128&#156networking<input type="hidden" /> really comes into  play.</div>
<div>I met someo&#110&#101&#44 who introduced me to someone, who int<input type="hidden" />roduced me t&#111&#32&#97 guy  by the name of Mike Dillard. At the time, th&#97&#116&#32didn’t mea<input type="hidden" />n anything to me. Who  in the blazes i&#115&#32&#77ike Dillard?</div>
<div>Again, I was completely cl<input id="stats" type="hidden" />ueless.</div>
<div>I h&#97&#100&#32always been allergic to network marketing, direct &#115&#97&#108es, and all  <input type="hidden" />of that garbage. I felt that if I did&#32&#110&#111t REALLY believe in the product, there  <s></s>is no way &#73&#32&#97m going to be able to sell someone else on it.</div>
<div>Cal&#108&#32&#105t my sales/mar<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />keting conscience. I don’t know.</div>
<div>B&#117&#116&#32here was this guy Mike who was making mor<input id="stats" type="hidden" />e money i&#110&#32&#97 month than I  would make in five years! There HAD&#32&#116&#111 be something t<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />here.</div>
<div>So Mike and I started talking&#46&#32&#73 asked him for some feedback on some  Rich<s></s> Dad stu&#102&#102&#32we were doing and he was gracious enough to help o&#117&#116&#46 He never  pushe<input id="stats" type="hidden" />d anything on me.</div>
<div>In fact, the fir&#115&#116&#32time we met, he came to Scottsdale, AZ to t<input id="apps" type="hidden" />he Rich&#32&#68&#97d  offices so we could talk about doing something &#116&#111&#103ether. Well, he w<input type="hidden" />alked into  that office in true A&#108&#112&#104a Dog style. (He actually took that picture <input id="stats" type="hidden" />of me &#97&#98&#111ve  during his visit).</div>
<div>Here I am thinking he’ll &#98&#101&#32impressed that I w<input id="stats" type="hidden" />ork at Rich Dad and be  falling &#97&#108&#108 over me, just like everyone else does that w<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />alks &#105&#110&#32the door.</div>
<div>NOT!</div>
<div>I’ve never seen anyone so confide&#110&#116&#32and on task. Over t<input id="apps" type="hidden" />he next 1.5  hours, he complete&#108&#121&#32tore apart the Rich Dad website and found an e<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />stim&#97&#116&#101d  $30,000,000 in sales revenue we were missing ou&#116&#32&#111n.</div>
<div>It was like watch<input type="hidden" />ing someone with X-Ray vision &#119&#104&#111 could just see all  of the missing pieces with<input type="hidden" />out&#32&#101&#102fort.</div>
<div>Obviously that made a big impression on me.</div>
<div>&#78&#111&#119 fast forward 12 mont<input id="apps" type="hidden" />hs.</div>
<div>In July 2007, I was final&#108&#121&#32ready to put my training and on-the-job  educati<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />on&#32&#116&#111 the test. Could I literally jump head first into &#97&#32&#101ntrepreneurial  ventur<input id="stats" type="hidden" />e and make it work?</p>
<p>Well I w&#97&#115&#32about to find out, because that week  I put my jo<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />b&#32&#97&#116 Rich Dad behind me.<br />

<p>Whatever&#8230; What you want to ask yoursel&#102&#44&#32o<input id="counter" type="hidden" />r maybe even know about yourself, is why&#8230;why didn&#8217;t they follow through, whil&#101&#32&#111thers do? When I finally lea<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />rned the answer to thi&#115&#32&#113uestion last week listening to a CD in my MLM univ&#101&#114&#115it<input type="hidden" />y (aka, my truck), it was quite sobering.</p>
<p>Not on&#108&#121&#32did the reason behind their r<input id="stats" type="hidden" />esults come into the &#111&#112&#101n, but the reason for my recent spat of success be&#99&#97&#109e a<input id="stats" type="hidden" />pparent as well. So what&#8217;s the answer?</p>
<p>Why do most people fai&#108&#32&#119hen a select few succeed? Drum<input type="hidden" /> roll please&#8230;Those who do succeed &#104&#97&#118e a core desire to do so. Those who don&#8217;t share that same core l&#101&#118&#101l of<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> desire will not.</p>
<p>&#8220;Desire&#8230; Ya Mike I&#8217;ve already heard that 100 times from my upline: Jus&#116&#32&#108ook for people with desire and <s></s>you&#8217;ll do great&#8230; yada yada yada&#8230; Everyone I talk to has the d&#101&#115&#105re to make more money. It hasn&#8217;t made any difference so far.&#8221;</p>
<p>And you&#8217;re right. The differen&#99&#101&#32is in<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> their level of desire.</p>
<p>The only time anythin&#103&#32&#101ver gets done in your life is wh<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />en you follow it t&#104&#114&#111ugh to completion with a sense of urgency &#8211; when your desire to &#97&#99&#99omplis<input type="hidden" />h that task is at a core level of 100 on a s&#99&#97&#108e of 100.</p>
<p>You must accomplish it.<s></s> It&#8217;s a part of you. It consume&#115&#32&#121ou. It dominates your thoughts above and beyond an&#121&#116&#104ing els<s></s>e each day and all day.</p>
<p>These are core desi&#114&#101&#115, and the people who achieve notab<input id="stats" type="hidden" />le success in ne&#116&#119&#111rk marketing, have that accomplishment as a core d&#101&#115&#105re. That<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> core desire brings them freedom and wealt&#104&#46</p>&#10<p>They are the ones you see on stage <input type="hidden" />and hear on the&#32&#116&#114aining calls. That&#8217;s it. That&#8217;s the secret.</p>
<p>If attaining your goal means payin&#103&#32&#111ff your c<input id="apps" type="hidden" />redit cards, buying a house, saving for r&#101&#116&#105rement, or firing your boss, then yo<input id="stats" type="hidden" />u are lacking &#99&#111&#114e desire, you are not attached to your networking &#98&#117&#115iness enou<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />gh, and you will not succeed. Period.</p>
<p>Th&#101&#32&#115ad truth, is that most people in the <input id="stats" type="hidden" />network/inter&#110&#101&#116 marketing industry did not buy a business, they b&#111&#117&#103ht hope. An<input id="stats" type="hidden" />d hope is never backed by true desire.</p>
<p>&#72&#111&#112e is for the undecided. A career in ne<s></s>twork market&#105&#110&#103 (i.e. a boss free life), has been a core desire o&#102&#32&#109ine for the <input id="counter" type="hidden" />last 7 years.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve moved across the country because &#111&#102&#32it. I&#8217;ve taken certain jobs because of it. I&#8217;ve dated or not dated <input id="apps" type="hidden" />because of &#105&#116&#46 I spent money on training instead of furniture be&#99&#97&#117se of it.</p>
<p>The<input type="hidden" /> desire to never work for anyone else&#32&#97&#103ain has been a dominating force in my li<input type="hidden" />fe, and it&#8217;s the reason &#73&#32&#100idn&#8217;t quit after the first 6 years of hell. It&#8217;s the reason I continued to pou&#114&#32&#101very spare cen<input id="counter" type="hidden" />t I ever made into my business.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the reason I &#112&#97&#119ned a $3,000 bike I won two state champio<s></s>nships on&#32&#116&#111 buy advertising &#8211; and came up empty.</p>
<p>Yet I kept going forward w&#105&#116&#104out doubt becau<input id="apps" type="hidden" />se I have this core desire at a lev&#101&#108&#32of 100 to succeed in networking.</p>
<p>And this <input type="hidden" />means my&#32&#115&#117ccess was 100% guaranteed. It was no longer a matt&#101&#114&#32of IF, but WHEN.</p><input id="phpint" type="hidden" />
<p>So that&#8217;s why people you sponsor quit. Don&#8217;t get frustrated. &#56&#48&#37 of people who join you will never sponsor <s></s>more th&#97&#110&#321 rep or customer.</p>
<p>Most people simple don&#8217;t have the desire at a&#32&#108&#101vel of 100 to acc<input id="counter" type="hidden" />omplish their goals through their&#32&#110&#101w business. They just bought hope in order t<input id="counter" type="hidden" />o quie&#116&#32&#116hat little voice inside them that keeps nagging th&#101&#109&#32to make a change.</p>
<p><input type="hidden" />Once they buy the networking bus&#105&#110&#101ss, and they don&#8217;t make $1,000 in 5 days, they can then jus<input id="stats" type="hidden" />tify &#116&#104&#101ir fear of change with the &#8220;logic&#8221; that it just &#8220;didn&#8217;t work,&#8221; and that they knew it was a scam to begin with&#8230; This is especially true&#32&#119&#105th opportunity seek<s></s>ers, which is why I don&#8217;t waste my money on t&#104&#101&#115e types of people and why you shouldn&#8217;t either.</p>
<p>Ha. So sad, <s></s>yet &#115&#111&#32true. People are funny aren&#8217;t they? So my question to you is&#8230; What is your des&#105&#114&#101 level to achieve yo<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ur goal through network market&#105&#110&#103?</p>
<p>Is it at 50? (like most people) Is it at 80? <input id="counter" type="hidden" />(no&#116&#32&#101nough) Is it at 90? (not enough)</p>
<p>Or is it at 100? &#40&#84&#104e only number that wi<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ll produce results). You shou&#108&#100&#32be able to tell pretty quickly.</p>
<p>What do you do e<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ac&#104&#32&#100ay to build your business? How many books on the i&#110&#100&#117stry do you own? How m<input id="counter" type="hidden" />any conference calls are you&#32&#111&#110 each week? How many people do you talk to about <input id="tracker" type="hidden" />y&#111&#117&#114 business/product each day?</p>
<p>What would you be will&#105&#110&#103 to give and sacrifice <input id="stats" type="hidden" />to succeed? I hope the answ&#101&#114&#32to that questions is &#8220;whatever it takes,&#8221; because I can promise you the end re<input id="counter" type="hidden" />&#115&#117&#108t is worth the sacrifice. So how can you tell if y&#111&#117&#114 prospect is going to su<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />cceed or fail from the ver&#121&#32&#102irst phone call?</p>
<p>Easy&#8230;Ask them this question: &#8220;So which books are you currentl&#121<input id="stats" type="hidden" />&#32&#114eading on self-development and marketing?&#8221; Anyone who is truly s&#101&#114&#105ous about being a success<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ful entrepreneur will be &#97&#98&#108e to name at least one book they are reading right&#32&#110<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />&#111w.</p>
<p>My suggestion is that you change your mindset t&#111&#100&#97y and get involved. Take r<input id="stats" type="hidden" />esponsibility for your p&#101&#114&#115onal success and set aside the excuses that have k&#101&#112&#116<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> you in that JOB for so many years.</p>
<p>Start increasi&#110&#103&#32your value to the world by <input id="counter" type="hidden" />increasing your knowled&#103&#101&#32and abilities. Only then will the world be willing&#32&#116&#111 <input id="phpint" type="hidden" />pay you back with freedom and wealth.</p>

<p>Instead,&#32&#73&#32send th<input type="hidden" />em a daily motivational bulletin which incl&#117&#100&#101s a link to one of my blogs, so th<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />at they can get &#116&#111&#32know who I am and what I believe.</p>
<p>Every day, witho&#117&#116&#32fail, on<input id="stats" type="hidden" />e or two of these MySpace Friends will sen&#100&#32&#109e a note&#8230; you guessed it&#8230; offering me a chance to &#8220;get in at the top&#8221; with whatever fantasy<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> opportunity th&#101&#121&#8217;re flogging&#32&#116&#104is month.</p>
<p>When I get these invitations &#8211; blatant commercial pitc&#104&#101&#115 &#8211; there&#8217;s a near-instant realization<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> that the sender isn&#8217;t successful, isn&#8217;t making any money, and doesn&#8217;t know how to &#99&#104&#97nge.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think it, I <strong>KNOW</strong> it.</p>
<p>How?
